When Seattle Cancer Treatment and Wellness Center (SCTWC) approached us in 2007, the center was in need of a re-brand. SCTWC offers a unique, integrative approach to cancer care that was not being well communicated in their existing marketing. Casuality provided a re-brand of brochures, new patient packets, fulfillment pieces, print advertising and a complete redesign of their web site. The new branding included organic elements with warm, soothing colors to tie in with messages of hope, expert care and a natural approach to healing.
The previous SCTWC web site had become outdated and was no longer able to easily direct users to the sheer volume of important information the site had accumulated and needed to make available to patients, their families and potential patients. Once an online brochure promoting the facility, the site was revamped to be a comprehensive resource featuring a directory of providers, types of cancers, therapies, special programs and success stories.
The client has measured the success of this integrated campaign by the increase in the number of potential patient queries, and more importantly, and increase in the number of patient conversions.
